Claire
Claire Dickson has over 20 year's experience in the Hospitality Industry in branded restaurant operations and Human Resources, much of it in senior positions with the second largest restaurant operator in the UK.








Claire's current projects include:
  • ER support for a retail phone business
  • Leadership training for a major restaurant group and a recruitment business
  • Business Mentoring for the Princes Trust
  • Advising on restaurant operations for Mazi Mas


Claire has also recently completed her WSET Level 3 wine qualification and hosts wine tasting events.


Prior to this, under her maiden name Claire Orlowska, she was Director of HR & Service for Cafe Rouge, Belgo and Tragus Concession brands, responsible for over 3,000 employees, 144 restaurants and the Learning & Development, ER and Recruitment teams.

From 2005 to 2012 Claire worked with the Cafe Rouge brand. In 2012 she was instrumental in "Revolutionising" Cafe Rouge designing and delivering a rebrand for 4 new openings and 14 core estate restaurants, generating double digit sales growth. Between 2008 and 2012 following on from a successful period as a multi award winning area manager. Claire created and developed the Regional Director role in Cafe Rouge with operational responsibility for around 50 sites.

Prior to this Claire was employed by the Whitbread group managing and developing their unique specialist brands such as Amalfi, Abbaye and Leadenhall Wine Bar & Tapas following on from a successful period in their concept development team opening & managing the Claudia Roden inspired restaurant Terraza and project managing the opening programme for Bella Italia.


When not working Claire enjoys trekking & fund raising for CHANCE a Charity working to benefit Children in Nepal & working as an advocate for Kith & Kids.
